Barclays Bank Account Update 1
During the second week after my first (and sole) appointment in Barclays branch, the process was drawing to a close very noticeably. Just one particulary very simple problem occured - I did not receive any pin code for my internet banking. Therefore, I had to make a phonecall to helpline, surprisingly NOT free of charge (I called from my mobile…) - I was told, during initial and short procedure for prooving my identity, that the new one would be sent during two days. Actually, I have received it during two days!
Overall, I have got the card - debit VISA with the chip for more secure electronic payments, I have received one letter with card pin, another one with an account number, which also contained another bank account for savings (which, for sure, will make me money for my holidays, ha ha..), and finally pin for internet banking. And yes, in the meantime I have received an e-mail message with user number for internet banking.
